| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat faktory a příčiny ovlivňující zůstavitele v rozhodování v dědickém řízení. Teoretická rešerše se zabývá oblastmi z dědického práva, konkrétně předpoklady vzniku dědického práva a dědickými tituly. Rešerše se dále zabývá rozhodováním a samotnými faktory působícími na zůstavitele. Teoretická část bakalářské práce uvádí čtenáře do dané problematiky a pomáhá k většímu pochopení. V praktické části bakalářské práce probíhá kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Získaná data jsou analyzována a výsledky výzkumu jsou představeny v praktické části bakalářské práce v samostatné kapitole. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že demografické faktory jako věk, vzdělání a hodnota majetku závisí na rozhodování zůstavitele a ovlivňuje ho k sepsání poslední vůle. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the factors and causes influencing the testator's discretion in inheritance proceedings. The theoretical research deals with areas of inheritance law, namely the prerequisites for the creation of inheritance law and inheritance titles. The search also deals with decision-making and the actual factors affecting the testator. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis introduces the reader to the subject and helps to increase understanding. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, quantitative research is conducted by means of a questionnaire survey. The collected data are analysed and the results of the research are presented in the practical part of the bachelor thesis in a separate chapter. The research shows that demographic factors such as age, education and the value of assets depend on the decision of the testator and influence him to make a will. |
