| Abstract: | Příchod pandemie Covid-19 měl zásadní negativní vliv na odvětví hospitality. Během velmi krátké doby se ekonomické subjekty potýkaly s poklesem prodejů a následnými problémy s cash flow. Změnily se i preference účastníků cestovního ruchu. Na základě výsledků studia literatury lze konstatovat, že pro středoevropské prostředí neexistuje mnoho studií a článků relevantní pro téma této práce. V práci jsou analyzovány všechny problémy hotelu, které vznikly během pandemie. Při výzkumu byla využita primární i sekundární data, například hloubkové rozhovory nebo dotazník. Byly stanoveny hypotézy, které byly následně statisticky vyhodnoceny. V závěru práce je provedena syntéza získaných informací a představena jsou možná řešení problémů. |

| Abstract: | The arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic had a major negative impact on the hospitality industry. In a very short period of time, economic subjects were faced with declining sales and subsequent cash flow problems. The preferences of tourism participants have also changed. Based on the results of the literature review, it can be stated that there are not many studies and articles relevant to the topic of this thesis for the Central European environment. The paper analyzes all the hotel's problems that arose during the pandemic. The research used both primary and secondary data, such as in-depth interviews or a questionnaire. Hypotheses were established, which were then statistically evaluated. At the end of the work, a synthesis of the obtained information is made and possible solutions to the problems are presented. |
