| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá souvislostí manažerského účetnictví s procesem rozhodování ve společnosti Zásilky s. r. o. Hlavním cílem je analýza souvislostí manažerského účetnictví s rozhodováním a plánovaním nejvyššího managementu společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Součástí teoretické části je vymezení pojmů souvisejících s manažerským účetnictvím, praktická část se zaobírá konkrétním rozhodováním ve společnosti. K získání potřebných infor-mací byly využity polostrukturované rozhovory s nejvyšším managment a do-tazníkové šetření na úrovni řadových pracovníků. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the relationship of management accounting with the decision-making process in the company Zásilky s. r. o. The main objective is to analyse the relationship of management accounting with decision-making and planning of the top management of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes the definition of concepts related to management accounting, while the practical part deals with specific decision-making in the company. Semi-structured interviews with top management and a questionnaire survey at the rank-and-file level were used to obtain the necessary information. |
