| Abstract: | Alzheimerova choroba a další typy demence jsou významnou problematikou v sociální sféře. Kapacity těchto služeb jsou dlouhodobě nedostupné a do budoucna tento trend bude přetrvávat, ne-li se zhoršovat. Cílem této práce je zmapovat modely přijímání klientů do zařízení na území Jihočeského kraje, zaměřených na péči osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Dále je cílem zjistit podobnosti a rozdílnosti v těchto modelech a následně tyto modely zhodnotit na základě vybraných kritérií. K dosažení těchto cílů jsou klíčové hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory s osobami, které mají přijímací proces v kompetenci. Rozhovory byly zpracovávány metodou kódování. Výsledkem výzkumu je model přijímání Bylo zjištěno několik rozdílností ohledně žádostí a jejich náležitostí, načasování sociálního šetření, správy žádostí v evidenci, kritérií výběru urgentních zájemců a samotného postupu při výběru. V průběhu výzkumu byla zjištěna i řada zajímavostí. |

| Abstract: | Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia are a significant issue in the social sphere. The capacities of these services have been unavailable for a long time, and in the future this trend will persist, if not worsen. The aim of this work is to map the models of accepting clients into facilities in the South Bohemian Region, focused on the care of people with Alzheimer's disease. Furthermore, the goal is to find out the similarities and differences in these models and then to evaluate these models based on the selected criteria. In order to achieve these goals, in-depth semi-structured interviews with people in charge of the admission process are key. The interviews were processed using the coding method. The result of the research is the admission model. Several differences were found regarding applications and their requirements, the timing of the social investigation, the administration of applications in the records, the selection criteria of urgent applicants and the selection procedure itself. A number of interesting things were discovered during the research. |
