| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů koronakrize na trh práce v České republice, státními opatřeními proti šíření onemocnění covidu-19 a podpůrnými programy na udržení zaměstnanosti. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo na základě získaných dat identifikovat dopady koronakrize na Českou republiku, provést analýzu z období před a v průběhu pandemie covidu-19 v jednotlivých krajích České republiky a komparovat nalezené rozdíly. K tomuto účelu byly využity makroekonomické ukazatele související s trhem práce, a to konkrétně hrubý domácí produkt, míra nezaměstnanosti, počet uchazečů o pracovní místa v evidenci Úřadu práce ČR a počet volných pracovních míst v evidenci Úřadu práce ČR. Z výsledku analýz vyplynulo, že koronakrize měla vliv na zvýšení míry nezaměstnanosti a od roku 2019 do roku 2021 vzrostla o 38 %. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the impact of coronacrisis on the labour market in the Czech Republic, state measures against the spread of covidu-19 and support programmes to maintain employment. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to identify the impact of coronacrisis on the Czech Republic based on the data obtained, to analyse the period before and during the covid-19 pandemic in the individual regions of the Czech Republic and to compare the differences found. For this purpose, macroeconomic indicators related to the labour market were used, namely gross domestic product, unemployment rate, number of job seekers registered with the Jobs Center of the Czech Republic and the number of vacancies registered with the Jobs Center of the Czech Republic. The result of the analyses showed that the coronacrisis had an impact on the increase in the unemployment rate, increasing by 38% from 2019 to 2021. |
