| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnocení řízení nákladů společnosti ROKA Transport, s.r.o., aplikace různých metod kalkulací a ověření, zda firma používá vhodné postupy třídění nákladů. První část je zaměřena na literární rešerši řízení nákladů a kalkulací. Druhá část se zabývá analyzovanou společností, návrhem kalkulace úplných nákladů a návrhem kalkulace variabilních nákladů. Ukazatelé z literární rešerše jsou v aplikační části aplikovány na data podniku, která vycházejí z upravených finančních výkazů společnosti. Tyto hodnoty jsou následně vyhodnoceny a porovnány. V závěru aplikační části je celkové zhodnocení dosažených výsledků a návrh řešení řízení nákladů společnosti ROKA Transport, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the cost management of the company ROKA Transport, s.r.o., application of various calculation methods and verification of whether the company uses appropriate cost classification procedures. The first part of the thesis is focused on the literature research on cost management and calculations. The second part deals with the analysed company, design of full costing and design of variable costing. The indicators from literature research are in the application part applied to company data which proceed from adjusted financial statements of the company. Then these values are evaluated and compared. At the end of the application part, there is the overall evaluation of the achieved results and the proposal for cost management of ROKA Transport, s.r.o. |
