| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem práce z domova v mezinárodní společnosti. V teoretické části definuje různé formy práce z domova. Jedná se o teleworking, home office, remote working a další. Dále zkoumá historický vývoj práce z domova a její legislativní ukotvení ve světě i České republice. Práce se také věnuje technoglickým predispozicím pro práci z domova a její výhody a nevýhody. V praktické části se práce věnuje práci z domova ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti. Hlavní nástrojem zkoumání je dotazníkové šetření. Práce také navrhuje vylepšení pro danou společnost ohledně práce z domova. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is written on the topic of Work from home in an international company. In the theoretical part different forms of work from home are defined. These definitions include teleworking, home office, remote working, and others. Moreover, this thesis further elaborates on history and legislation of work from home. Additional chapters are dedicated to technological predisposition, advantages, and disadvantages of work from home. In the practical part this thesis focuses on work from home in a specific international corporation. Main tool for conducting this research is a questionnaire. This thesis also proposes improvements for work from home to the company. |
