| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat ukrajinsko-české kulturní standardy ve formálních vztazích a na základě zpracování sekundárních a primárních zdrojů následně formulovat doporučení pro hladkou interakci Ukrajinců v rámci formálních vztahů s Čechy. Vedlejším cílem je zmonitorování poznatků o odlišnostech ukrajinské a české kultury a dopadu na interakci mezi těmito národy, zjištění klíčových specifik české a ukrajinské kultury a na základě těchto poznatků definovat klíčové potencionální konfliktní situace mezi Ukrajinci a Čechy v rámci formálních vztahů. Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo analýzou sekundárních a primárních zdrojů a jejich následnou komparací. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify Ukrainian-Czech cultural standards in formal relations and, based on the processing of secondary and primary sources, subsequently formulate recommendations for the smooth interaction of Ukrainians within the framework of formal relations with the Czechs. A secondary goal is to monitor knowledge about the differences of Ukrainian and Czech culture and the impact on the interaction between these nations, to find out the key specifics of Czech and Ukrainian culture and, based on this knowledge, to define key potential conflict situations between Ukrainians and Czechs within the framework of formal relations. This goal will be achieved by analyzing secondary and primary sources and their subsequent comparison. |
