| Abstract: | Účelem této bakalářské práce je sestavit reálný podnikatelský plán na založení restaurace v Domažlicích se zaměřením na lokálnost a sezónnost. Práce není rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, nýbrž jsou obě části sloučeny do jedné. Celá práce se zabývá tvorbou plánu, každá kapitola obsahuje teoretický komentář. Podnikatelský plán obsahuje témata jako marketingový a obchodní plán, operativní plán, finanční plán a hodnocení investice. V závěru je vyhodnocení celého plánu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis aim is to create a realistic business plan for the establishment of a restaurant in Domažlice with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. The thesis is not divided into theoretical and practical parts, but both parts are combined into one. The entire thesis deals with the creation of the plan, with each chapter containing a theoretical commentary. The business plan includes topics such as marketing and sales plan, operational plan, financial plan, and investment evaluation. The conclusion includes an evaluation of the entire plan. |
