| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem a důsledky pandemie Covid-19 na zaměstnanost v letecké nákladní dopravě. Je rozdělena do dvou části. V první části se podíváme na krátkou historii letecké nákladní dopravy, letecké společnosti v tomto odvětvi jejich objemy a počty přeprav před pandemií Covid-19. Kromě toho, probereme vývoj zaměstnanosti a strukturu zaměstnanosti vybrané letecké společnosti v nákladní dopravě. Druhá část je praktická, v niž je prozkoumán vliv pandemie na leteckou nákladní dopravu a důsledky s tím spojeni, např. změny v počtech přeprav, zvýšení cen v letecké nákladní dopravě, nedostatek kvalifikovaných specialistů apod. |

| Abstract: | The Covid-19 pandemic's effects and implications on employment in the air cargo transportation sector are the main topics of this bachelor thesis. It was divided into two sections. The first section focuses on a brief history of air cargo transportation, the airlines operating in this industry, their volumes, and the number of shipments before the Covid-19 pandemic. A selected air cargo transportation company's employment growth and organizational structure will also be covered. The second section examines the pandemic's practical effects on air cargo transportation and its related effects on employment in air cargo, such as increased shipment quantities, higher air cargo transportation costs, a shortage of competent specialists, etc. |
