| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady pandemie COVID-19 na cestovní kanceláře v České republice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jaký vliv měla koronavirová pandemie na cestovní kanceláře v České republice. Jako první je provedena rešerše odborné literatury a odborných článků, které se týkají cestovního ruchu a jeho vlivu na ekonomiku. V další části jsou popsány cestovní kanceláře a jejich funkce na trhu cestovního ruchu. V závěru teoretické části je zkoumán samotný průběh pandemie v České republice a její vliv na cestovní ruch. V praktické části byl pro účely výzkumu sestaven dotazník, který získával odpovědi od cestovních kanceláří v březnu roku 2023 a také proveden rozhovor s jednou cestovní kanceláří. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníku a rozhovoru. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on travel agencies in the Czech Republic. The goal of this paper is to evaluate what effect the coronavirus pandemic had on travel agencies in the Czech Republic. Firstly, a review of literature and scholarly articles which focus on tourism and its impact on economics is conducted. In the next part, travel agencies and their function in the tourism market are described. The end of the theoretical part is focused on the development of the pandemic in the Czech Republic and its impact on tourism. A questionnaire was prepared for the practical part and it collected answers in March 2023. Furthermore, an interview was made with one of the travel agencies. In the conclusion, the results of the questionnaire and interview are evaluated. |
