| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik spojených s mezinárodní kamionovou dopravou mezi Velkou Británií a Evropskou unií po vystoupení z Evropské unie. Práce analyzuje možná rizika v oblastech jako jsou celní překážky, nákladnost, rychlost nebo administrativa, a navrhuje možná řešení pro minimalizaci těchto rizik. Metodikou práce je analýza. Výsledky ukazují, že hlavními riziky jsou zpomalení, zpoždění a omezení pohybu zboží, zvýšené náklady, větší administrativní zátěž, nedostatek pracovní síly nebo nejistota trhu, popřípadě negativní vlivy na životní prostředí. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou navržena možná řešení pro minimalizaci rizik v mezinárodní kamionové dopravě mezi Velkou Británií a Evropskou unií, včetně lepší komunikace či spolupráce mezi vládami a přepravními společnostmi, zlepšení vzdělávání a školení pro řidiče nebo zaměstnance v této oblasti nebo minimalizace administrativní zátěže pro dopravce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the risks associated with international truck transport between Great Britain and the European Union after the exit from the European Union. The thesis analyzes possible risks in areas such as customs barriers, cost, speed, or administration, and proposes possible solutions to minimize these risks. The methodology used in the thesis is analysis. The results show that the main risks are slowdowns, delays, and restrictions on the movement of goods, increased costs, greater administrative burden, labor shortages or market uncertainty, or negative environmental impacts. Based on these results, possible solutions are proposed to minimize risks in international truck transport between Great Britain and the European Union, including better communication or cooperation between governments and transport companies, improvement of education and training for drivers or employees in this area, or minimizing administrative burden for carriers. |
