| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Cílem práce je identifikace bariér a překážek, které vyvstávají v průběhu procesu zaměstnávání cizinců z pohledů zaměstnavatelů a zaměstnanců cizí státní příslušnosti. Dále si práce dává za cíl analyzovat postavení cizinců na českém pracovním trhu, jejich integraci a proces jejich zaměstnávání. V neposlední řadě má práce za cíl navrhnout doporučení na zmírnění zjištěných bariér na základě kvalitativního výzkumu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje globální migraci a vysvětlení klíčových pojmů. Dále se teoretická část zabývá charakteristikou českého trhu práce a analýzou procesu zaměstnávání cizinců v ČR. Praktická část identifikuje různá omezení při zaměstnávání cizinců na základě uskutečněných polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkových šetření. Následně jsou navržena doporučení ke zmírnění překážek a zefektivnění celého procesu zaměstnávání cizinců. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify the barriers and obstacles that arise during the process of employing foreigners from the point of view of employers and employees of foreign nationalities. Furthermore, the thesis aims to analyse the position of foreigners in the Czech labour market, their integration and the employment process. Last but not least, the thesis aims to propose recommendations for mitigating the identified barriers based on qualitative research. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to global migration and the explanation of key terms.Additionally, the theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the Czech labour market and the analysis of the process of employing foreigners in the Czech Republic. The practical part identifies barriers and obstacles in the employment of foreigners based on interviews and a questionnaire survey. Subsequently, recommendations are proposed to alleviate obstacles and make employing foreigners more efficient. |
