| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá současným stavem rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané pražské architektonické firmě. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část práce se zabývá teorií a představuje, jaké jsou možné formy rozvoje zaměstnanců v architektuře. Druhá část práce je věnována výzkumu, který probíhal prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů se zaměstnanci, office manažerkou a partnery firmy. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, jaké možnosti rozvoje zaměstnanci v rámci firmy mají a jak se sami věnují svému rozvoji mimo firmu. V závěru práce byla firmě doporučena možná zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines the current state of employee development in a selected Prague architectural firm. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part of the thesis deals with theory and presents what are the possible forms of employee development in architecture. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the research, which was conducted through semi-structured in-depth interviews with employees, office manager and partners of the firm. The research identified what development opportunities employees have within the firm and how they themselves engage in their own development outside the firm. The thesis concluded with recommendations for possible improvements to the firm. |
