| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Problematika dodavatelských řetězců se skládá z rešerše literatury, z teoretické části a části praktické. V teoretické části práce je čtenáři vysvětlen pojem dodavatelský řetězec a strategie jeho řízení. Dále je zde vysvětlen pojem nákup a jeho role v podnicích. V praktické části je představen konkrétní podnik a následně je provedena analýza dodavatelského portfolia a další nákupní strategie. V závislosti na těchto analýzách je navrhnuta nákupní strategie a vybrán vhodný dodavatel. Cílem této práce bylo potvrdit či vyvrátit, zda podnik adekvátně reagoval na měnící se situaci v dodavatelských řetězcích. Dále bylo cílem práce navrhnout zlepšení nákupní strategie a vybrat vhodného dodavatele pro nejvíce obrátkový díl komodity spojovacího materiálu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis called Problematics of supply chains creation consists of a literature review, a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part of the work, the term supply chain and its management strategy are explained to the reader. It also explains the concept of purchasing and its role in businesses. In the practical part, a specific business is introduced, followed by an analysis of the supplier portfolio and other purchasing analysis. Based on these analyses, a purchasing strategy is designed and a suitable supplier is selected. The aim of this work was to confirm or refute whether the company responded adequately to the changing situation in supply chains. Furthermore, the aim of the work was to propose an improvement of the purchasing strategy and to select a suitable supplier for the most turnover part of the fastener commodity. |
