| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje implementaci nového zdrojového systému do datového skladu s minimálním dopadem na odběratele. Popisovaný projekt byl jedním z pilotních řešení, kdy byla nahrazena data stage a použita upravená komponenta dle principů Data Mesh. Nový zdrojový systém je implementován s ohledem na plánovanou změnu, která představuje decentralizaci datového skladu a vychází z Data Mesh principů. Tento princip má tak srovnat nesoulad mezi organizační strukturou, která nedávno prošla agilní transformací, a původní IT architekturou s relevantními procesy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou logických celků, kdy nejprve je popsáno business zadání za využití Project Canvas šablony a uvedeny aspekty, na základě kterých management rozhodl o potřebě implementace nového systému. Technická část popisuje možné alternativy implementace zdrojového systému do datového skladu a odůvodňuje odklonění od centralizace a přechod k decentralizaci vlastnictví. Následně je popsán aktuální stav datového skladu navrhnutého dle designu Billa Inmona, a také přístup Data Mesh, dle kterého má být definována nová podoba datového skladu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis describes implementing a new source system in a data warehouse with minimal impact on the consumer. The described project was one of the pilot solutions where the data stage was replaced and a modified component was used according to Data Mesh principles. The new source system is implemented in accordance with the planned change, which is the decentralization of the data warehouse and is based on Data Mesh principles. This principle is thus intended to reconcile the mismatch between the organizational structure, which has recently been transformed in an agile way, and the original IT architecture with the relevant processes. The thesis is divided into two logical units. First, the business brief is described using the Project Canvas template and the aspects on which management decided on the need to implement a new system are presented. The technical part describes possible alternatives for implementing the source system in the data warehouse and justifies the move away from centralization and towards decentralized ownership. The current state of the data warehouse designed by Bill Inmon is then described, as well as the Data Mesh approach by which the new data warehouse design is to be defined. |
