| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu marketingové strategie pro firmu vstupující na nový, zahraniční trh. Firmou je německá společnost EUROMIX MTP GmbH zabývající se výrobou a prodejem nástaveb na nákladní vozidla určená pro stavebnictví. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše odborné literatury vztahující se k marketingu, především na trh business to business (B2B) a stavebnictví. Součástí teoretické část jsou metody SWOT a PESTLE. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na popisovanou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to develop a marketing strategy for a company entering a new foreign market. The company is EUROMIX MTP GmbH, a German company engaged in the production and sale of commercial vehicle bodies for the construction industry. In the theoretical part, a search of the literature related to marketing, especially to the business to business (B2B) market and the construction industry is conducted. The theoretical part includes SWOT and PESTLE methods. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the described company. |
