| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnotit současnou marketingovou strategii společnosti Cultural Care Au Pair pomocí analýz a dotazníkového šetření a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a nástroje marketingu. Praktická část vychází z teoretických poznatků a rozebírá současnou marketingovou strategii pomocí analýz a marketingového výzkumu. To je následně vyhodnoceno a na základě těchto výsledků jsou navržena doporučení. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate Cultural Care Au pair's current marketing strategy through analysis and questionnaire survey and suggest recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part describes concepts and tools of marketing. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge and discusses the current marketing strategy through analysis and marketing research. The research is subsequently evaluated, and recommendations are proposed based on these results. |
