| Abstract: | Salesforce platforma se stává lídrem v automatizaci podnikových procesů, avšak stále chybí komplexní výukový rámec pro získání znalostí a praktických dovednosti potřebných pro roli Salesforce vývojáře/technického analytika. Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl navrhnout a vytvořit technologický rámec pro výuku konfigurace a vývoje na platformě Salesforce. Práce využívá analýzu a syntézu informací z obsahu Salesforce certifikací, metodologii založenou na systematickém mapování kognitivních cílů dle Bloomovy taxonomie a interdisciplinární přístup pro vytvoření integrovaného výukového rámce a aplikace. Výsledkem práce je vytvoření strukturovaného výukového rámce, který zahrnuje teoretické a praktické aspekty konfigurace a vývoje na platformě Salesforce. Tento rámec může sloužit jako základ pro nové výukové kurzy na VŠE, pro samostudium studentů nebo jako materiál pro zaučení juniorních absolventů ve firmách. |

| Abstract: | The Salesforce platform is becoming a leader in business process automation; however, there is still a lack of a comprehensive educational framework for acquiring the necessary knowledge for the role of a Salesforce developer/technical analyst. This thesis aims to design and create a technological framework for teaching configuration and development on the Salesforce platform. The study uses analysis and synthesis of information from Salesforce certification content, a methodology based on the systematic mapping of cognitive objectives according to Bloom's taxonomy, and an interdisciplinary approach to create an integrated educational framework and application. The result of the work is the creation of a structured educational framework, which includes theoretical and practical aspects of configuration and development on the Salesforce platform. This framework can serve as the basis for new courses at universities, self-study for students, or as material for training junior graduates in companies. |
