| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu kolektivního investování v Evropské unii a analyzuje implementaci směrnice SKIPCP v České republice a Irsku. Cílem práce je identifikovat rozdíly v právních předpisech obou zemí a na základě zkoumání aktuálního stavu a rozdílů v implementaci navrhnout změny v české právní úpravě. Práce se zaměřuje na proces získání povolení přístupu k činnosti a proces autorizace investičních fondů. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí: první část se zabývá směrnicí SKIPCP, druhá a třetí část zkoumají právní úpravy České republiky a Irska, a ve čtvrté části jsou analyzovány rozdíly a shody mezi právními úpravami obou zemí s cílem zjistit, zda lze na základě rozdílných aspektů zahraničních regulací a podmínek navrhnout změny v české právní úpravě. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis focuses on the legal regulation of collective investment in the European Union and analyzes the implementation of the UCITS Directive in the Czech Republic and Ireland. The aim of the thesis is to identify differences in the legislation of both countries and to propose changes in Czech legal regulation based on the examination of the current state and differences in implementation. The work focuses on the conditions for taking up a business and the authorization process of investment funds. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part deals with the UCITS Directive, the second and third parts examine the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and Ireland, and in the fourth part, differences and similarities between the legal regulations of both countries are analyzed with the aim of determining whether it is possible to propose changes in Czech legal regulation based on different aspects of foreign regulations and conditions. |
