| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce řeší prohloubení expanze e-shopu na zahraničním trhu, konkrétně v Německu, kde je cílem navrhnout varianty prohloubení expanze na německém trhu v závislosti na možnostech zkoumaného e-shopu. K řešení byla použita analýza vybraných finančních ukazatelů, SWOT analýza a analýza Porterova modelu 5 konkurenčních sil. Provedeným výzkumem jsem stanovil všechny stránky dle SWOT analýzy, zanalyzoval konkurenci a zjistil finanční zdraví. Na závěr jsem zjistil, že e-shop si nevede po finanční stránce dobře, a tak je nutné pracovat pouze s variantami, které nevyžadují kapitál ve veliké míře. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with deepening the expansion of the e-shop on the foreign market, specifically in Germany, where the goal is to propose options for deepening the expansion on the German market depending on the possibilities of the analyzed e-shop. An analysis of selected financial indicators, a SWOT analysis and an analysis of Porter's model of 5 competitive forces were used in order to find suitable ways. Through the conducted research, I determined all the factors according to the SWOT analysis, analyzed the competition and found out the financial health. In conclusion, I found that the e-shop is not doing well financially, so it is necessary to work only with variants that do not require a large amount of capital. |
