| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci nákladů a rizik v letecké nákladní dopravě s cílem snížit tyto dvě veličiny. V teoretické části je nejprve charakterizována letecká nákladní doprava, poté náklady včetně rozdělení na fixní a variabilní. Posledním tématem teoretické části je charakteristika rizik, jejich identifikace a hodnocení. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů společnosti České aerolinie a.s., na základě které jsou navržena opatření vedoucí k optimalizaci nákladů. Závěr práce patří doporučením svěřujícím ke snížení rizik letecké nákladní dopravy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the optimization of costs and risks in air freight transport in order to reduce these two variables. The theoretical part first characterizes the air freight transport, then the costs including the division into fixed and variable costs. The last topic of the theoretical part is the characterization of risks, their identification, and assessment. The practical part focuses on the cost analysis of Czech Airlines, based on which measures leading to cost optimization are proposed. The thesis concludes with recommendations to reduce the risks of air freight transport. |
