| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je založena na komparaci mediálního práva v České republice a ve Francii. Cílem práce je zjistit a posoudit, zda je právní úprava médií v České republice dostačující a konzistentní, zejména v oblasti internetu a digitálních médií a porovnat ji s úpravou médií ve Francii. Dalším cílem je posoudit, jakým způsobem z hlediska právního jsou používány a zpracovávány informace v médiích v České republice a Francii, a jak se právní předpisy v této oblasti promítají v praxi. Zvláštní část práce je věnována interpretaci kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkum měl formu expertních hloubkových rozhovorů, jejichž tématem byla oblast mediálního práva a konkrétní údaje získané z teoretické části práce. |

| Abstract: | This Master‘s thesis is based on a comparison of media law in the Czech Republic and France. The aim of the thesis is to determine and assess whether the media legislation in the Czech Republic is sufficient and consistent, especially in the area of the Internet and digital media, and to compare it with the media legislation in France. Another objective is to assess how information is used and processed in the media in the Czech Republic and France from a legal perspective, and how the legislation in this area is translated into practice. A special part of the thesis is devoted to the interpretation of the qualitative research. The research took the form of expert in-depth interviews, the topic of which was the area of media law and specific data obtained from the theoretical part of the thesis. |
