| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací cestujících pro využití nočních vlaků v Evropě, které v posledních letech zažívají velký návrat. Cílem práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, jaké benefity cestujícím noční vlaky přinášejí a jak je motivují k jejich dalšímu využití. Případně jaká negativa je od toho odrazují. Na základě toho pak poskytnout stručný návod, jak by se výsledky průzkumu daly využít v marketingové komunikaci dopravců při dalších etapách renesance noční železniční dopravy. Teoretická část se zabývá postupným zánikem hlavních nočních spojení v Evropě a jejich následnou renesancí. Dále jsou popsány služby nabízené v nočních vlacích a stručně i plány na další rozvoj tohoto typu dopravy. Poté je vyhodnocen dotazník a okomentovány hlavní benefity nočních vlaků. V poslední části jsou doporučení pro dopravce, které benefity by na základě odpovědí respondentů stálo za to více propagovat. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation of passengers to use night trains in Europe, which have been making a big comeback in recent years. The work aims to find out, using a questionnaire survey, what benefits night trains bring to passengers and how they motivate them to continue using them. Or what negatives discourage them from doing so. Based on this, then provide brief instructions on how the results of the survey could be used in the marketing communication of carriers during the next stages of the renaissance of night rail transport. The theoretical part deals with the gradual disappearance of the main overnight connections in Europe and their subsequent renaissance. Next, the services offered in night trains are described, as well as plans for the further development of this type of transport. Then the questionnaire is evaluated, and the main benefits of night trains are commented on. In the last part, there are recommendations for carriers which benefits would be worth promoting more based on the respondents' answers. |
