| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro společnost Avolife, která se zabývá prodejem a propagací produktů zdravé výživy. Při sestavování plánu je zachován stejný postup jako při zakládání skutečné firmy. Teoretická část práce obsahuje právní formy podnikání a věnuje se obecně tématu podnikatelského plánu. Následně praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétním podnikatelským plánem pro společnost Avolife, tedy popisem firmy, představením obchodního modelu, marketingovým plánem a finančním plánem. Závěr práce zkoumá, zda se projekt vyplatí realizovat. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on creating a business plan for Avolife, a company that sells and promotes health food products. The same procedure is followed in the creation of the plan as in the creation of the actual company. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the legal forms of business and deals with the general topic of the business plan. Subsequently, the practical part of the thesis deals with the specific business plan for Avolife, i.e. the description of the company, the presentation of the business model, the marketing plan and the financial plan. The conclusion of the thesis examines whether the project is worth implementing. |
