| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá trestnými činy proti měně a platebním prostředkům. První část práce se věnuje vzniku a podobě bankovek. Dále jsou zde popsány ochranné prvky českých bankovek a eurobankovek. Druhá část práce se zabývá samotnými trestnými činy, zvláště pak jejich skutkovými podstatami. Poslední část se věnuje statistikám falzifikátů v České republice, ale okrajově i padělkům eurobankovek. V úplném závěru jsou zmíněny ekonomické a společenské dopady padělání. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with offences against currency and means of payment. The first part of the thesis deals with the origin and form of banknotes. Furthermore, the security features of Czech banknotes and euro banknotes are described. The second part of the thesis deals with the offences themselves, in particular with their external elements of the offence. The last part deals with the statistics of counterfeits in the Czech Republic, but also with counterfeits of euro banknotes. The economic and social consequences of counterfeiting are mentioned at the end. |
