| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem rozdílů v HDP mezi západním a východním Německem po roce 1990. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak a z jakých důvodů se od pádu Berlínské zdi v roce 1989 změnily rozdíly v HDP mezi západním a východním Německem. Výzkumná otázka práce zní „Jaké jsou rozdíly ve vývoji HDP na východě a na západě Německa od znovusjednocení po roce 1990 a čím byly rozdíly způsobeny“. Nejdříve je popsána historie Německa, poté porovnány vybrané ekonomické aspekty mezi východem a západem země. Dále je popsán ekonomický ukazatel HDP a způsoby jeho výpočtu. V analytické části práce je pomocí metody deskripce popsán vývoj HDP Německa po znovusjednocení do roku 2021, pomocí komparace porovnány rozdíly v hodnotách HDP a popsány příčiny vzniku a trvání rozdílů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with researching the differences in GDP between West and East Germany after 1990. The aim of the thesis is to analyse how and why the differences in GDP between West and East Germany have changed since the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. The research question of the thesis is "What are the differences in the development of GDP in East and West Germany since reunification in 1990, and what caused these differences?" First, the history of Germany is described, followed by a comparison of selected economic aspects between the East and the West of the country. Then, the economic indicator of GDP and its calculation methods are described. In the analytical part of the thesis, the development of Germany's GDP after the German reunification until 2021 is described using the method of description, the differences in GDP values are compared and the causes of the creation and persistence of these differences are described. |
