| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro novou udržitelnou módní značku Nerou Studios. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy spjaté s podnikáním a popisuje jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu. Dále se teoretická část věnuje problematice současného módního průmyslu a charakteristice tohoto odvětví v České republice. V praktické části je pak vypracovaný podnikatelský plán značky Nerou Studios, který zahrnuje popis podnikatelské příležitosti, analýzu konkurentů, průzkum trhu, marketingovou strategii a také finanční plán. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan for a new sustainable fashion brand Nerou Studios. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms related to entrepreneurship and describes the different parts of the business plan. Furthermore, the theoretical part explains the problems of the current fashion industry and the characteristics of this sector in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, a business plan for the Nerou Studios brand is developed, which includes a description of the business opportunity, competitor analysis, market research, marketing strategy, and also a financial plan. |
