| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá chováním a rozhodovacími způsoby zákazníků letecké společnosti Ryanair na příkladu letové trasy Praha – Milán. Hlavním cílem práce je určit, jaké faktory ovlivňují cestující této společnosti při výběru spojení a navštívené destinace. Vedlejším cílem je zjistit, zda zjištěné faktory mají vliv na příliv návštěvníků a turistů do města Bergamo. Pro naplnění cíle jsou použity dvě kvantitativní metody. První z nich je pozorování cenového vývoje letenek na vybrané trase u společnosti Ryanair a u konkurenčních společností Wizz Air a easyJet. Jako druhou výzkumnou metodou bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření cestujících, kteří si pro svou cestu na tomto spojení zvolili aerolinii Ryanair. Teoretická část práce pojednává o základních poznatcích týkajících se významu letecké dopravy pro cestovní ruch a o postavení nízkonákladové dopravy v leteckém průmyslu. Dále tato část obsahuje charakteristiku zkoumaných leteckých společností, letiště Milán Bergamo a samotného města Bergamo. Praktická část představuje vyhodnocení výsledků a závěrů z pozorování a dotazníkového šetření. Výzkum označil cenu letenky za nejvlivnější faktor při výběru leteckého spojení, při výběru navštívené destinace byl v tomto případě jako nejvlivnější faktor označena krátká vzdálenost destinace od letiště. Dále bylo zjištěno, že zkoumané faktory skutečně ovlivňují příliv turistů do města Bergamo. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the behaviour and decision-making patterns of Ryanair customers using the Prague - Milan route as an example. The main objective of the thesis is to determine which factors influence the passengers of this airline when choosing the connection and the destination visited. A secondary objective is to determine whether the factors identified have an impact on the influx of visitors and tourists to the city of Bergamo. Two quantitative methods are used to meet the objective. The first one is the observation of the price evolution of air tickets on the selected route operated by Ryanair and its competitors Wizz Air and easyJet. The second research method is a questionnaire survey of passengers who chose Ryanair as the airline for their journey on this route. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the basic knowledge concerning the role of air transport in tourism and the position of low-cost transport in the airline industry. Furthermore, this part includes the characteristics of the airlines studied, the Milan Bergamo airport and the city of Bergamo itself. The practical part presents an evaluation of the results and conclusions from the observation and the questionnaire survey. The research identified the price of the air ticket as the most influential factor in the choice of flight connection, while the short distance between the airport and the destination was identified as the most influential factor in the choice of the destination visited. Furthermore, it was found that the factors investigated do indeed influence tourist influx to the city of Bergamo. |
