| Abstract: | V posledních letech si nelze nevšimnout rostoucího trendu zaměstnávání zahraničních pracovníků, zejména ze států třetích zemí včetně Moldavska. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním cizinců pocházejících z Moldavska v České republice. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zaměření se na problematiku zaměstnávání cizinců z Moldavska, přispět k lepšímu porozumění této problematiky, a navrhnout zlepšení a zjednodušení podmínek v České republice. Součástí této bakalářské práce je provedení dotazníkového šetření zaměstnanců z Moldavska ve společnosti FORVIA Faurecia Písek. |

| Abstract: | In recent years, one cannot fail to notice the growing trend of employing foreign workers, especially from third-country states, including Moldova. This bachelor's thesis deals with the employment of foreigners originating from Moldova in the Czech Republic. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to focus on the issues of employment of foreigners from Moldova, to contribute to a better understanding of this issue, and to suggest the improvement and simplification of conditions in the Czech Republic. Part of this bachelor's thesis is the implementation of a questionnaire survey of employees from Moldova in the company FORVIA Faurecia Písek. |
