| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématice pracovního prostředí a jeho budoucí podoby se zaměřením na hybridní model. Cílem práce je stanovit, zda je tento nově vznikající koncept vhodný pro vybranou společnost. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. První tři kapitoly se věnují popisu pracovního prostředí a to především jeho flexibilních forem. Ve čtvrté kapitole je představena vybraná společnost a popsáno její aktuální pracovní prostředí. Následně jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů. Závěrem jsou srovnány teoretická východiska s výsledky praktického šetření a vyvozena doporučení pro danou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the workplace environment, focusing on the hybrid workplace and its advantages and disadvantages. Following up on the theoretical concept, the aim of the thesis is to determine whether this workplace model would be beneficial for the chosen company. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The first three chapters set the theoretical background of the flexible workplace concept and in-depth describe the hybrid model. The fourth chapter introduces the company and analyzes its current workplace. Then follows an analysis of the survey results and structured interviews. Finally, the theoretical concepts will be compared with the practical findings followed by recommendations for the chosen company based on the findings. |
