| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním roli státu v ekonomice při uvalení sankcí, a to na případě Ruské federace a Íránské islámské republiky. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým významem sankce, jejich typologií, cílí, důsledky a účinností. Druhá část obsahuje stručný souhrn historického pozadí pro ukládání sankce a jejich dopad na vybrané ekonomiky, a slouží k poskytnutí základních informací k dosažení hlavního cíle práce. Třetí část se zabývá vládními opatření přijatá podle určitých kritériu na podporu ekonomiky během sankcí. V třetí části práce je uveden rovněž autorův osobní postoj k celé problematice. Závěr práce shrnuje všechny získané poznatky a pokládá všechny stanovené cíle diplomové práce za splnění. |

| Abstract: | This paper examines the role of the government in the economy when sanctions are imposed, using the case of the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical meaning of sanctions, their typology, objectives, consequences and effectiveness. The second part provides a brief summary of the historical background for the imposition of sanctions and their impact on the selected economies, and serves to provide background information to achieve the main objective of the thesis. The third section discusses government measures taken according to certain criteria to support the economy during sanctions. The third part of the thesis also presents the author's personal position on the whole issue. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes all the obtained knowledge and considers all the stated objectives of the thesis as fulfilled. |
