| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat průběh mezinárodní obchodní operace s chovnými psy z České republiky do zahraničí. První část práce se věnuje celkovému úvodu do letecké dopravy, mezinárodnímu obchodu se zvířaty a samotné přepravy živých zvířat. Je v ní popsána legislativa týkající se přepravy zvířat, podmínky, za kterých lze přepravu psa realizovat do různých zemí světa, dokumenty potřebné k jejímu uskutečnění a dále povolení, která je třeba obstarat. Obsahem první části je i celní režim a zaměřuje se i na vliv samotné letecké přepravy na psa. Následující část práce obsahuje rozhovor se zástupcem společnosti PetAir věnující se přepravě zvířat a také rozhovor se známým, který se této problematice věnuje, neboť má vlastní chovnou stanici a několik ze svých psů již prodal do USA. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the course of an international trade operation with breeding dogs from the Czech Republic to abroad. The first part of the thesis deals with a general introduction to air transport, international trade in animals and the actual transport of live animals. It describes the legislation concerning the transport of animals, the conditions under which the transport of a dog can be carried out to different countries of the world, the documents required for the transport and the permits that need to be obtained. The first part also covers the customs regime and focuses on the impact of air transport on the dog itself. The following part of the thesis includes an interview with a representative of PetAir, a company dedicated to the transport of animals, and also an interview with an acquaintance who is involved in this issue, as he has his own kennel and has already sold several of his dogs to the USA. |
