| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh strategie vstupu firmy Bezvavlasy a.s. na německý trh. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány motivy, faktory a formy vstupů na zahraniční trh společně se zhodnocením vybraných forem, které firmy zohledňují při výběru trhu v rámci expanze. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou společnosti pomocí SWOT a PESTEL analýz a je představen konkrétní návrh na expanzi na vybraný německý trh. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose the entry strategy of the company Bezvavlasy a.s. to the German market. In the theoretical part, the motives, factors and forms of entering the foreign market are discussed together with the evaluation of selected forms that companies take into account when choosing a market as part of expansion. The practical part deals with the analysis of the company using SWOT and PESTEL analysis, and a specific proposal for expansion to the selected German market is presented. |
