| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce charakterizuje faktory a události, které ovlivňovaly stanovení cen uměleckých děl, představuje subjekty a jejich roli na trhu s uměním a poptávku po uměleckých předmětech jako spotřebním zboží a investičním aktivu. Zkoumá také umění jako investiční nástroj a důsledky zavedení digitalizace na trh s uměním. První kapitola práce popisuje hlavní rysy obchodu s uměním, historický vývoj trhu a jeho učastníky. Druhá kapitola analyzuje ceny uměleckých děl 20. století, zejména olejomaleb, které se prodávaly na aukcích. Třetí kapitola je věnována umění jako investičnímu nástroji a porovnává dvě možnosti investování: do skutečného fyzického a digitálního umění. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis characterizes the factors and events that influenced the pricing of works of art and introduces the participants and their role in the art market and the demand for art objects as commodities and investment assets. It also looks at art as an investment vehicle and the impact of digitalization on the art market. The first chapter of the dissertation describes the main features of the trade in works of art, the historical development of the market, and its participants. The second chapter analyzes the prices of works of art of the 20th century, especially oil paintings sold at auctions. The third chapter is devoted to art as an investment tool and compares two options for investing: in real and digital art. |
