| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce jsou inovační vouchery, které představují jeden z nástrojů inovační politiky. Cílem práce je charakteristika inovačních voucherů a vysvětlení jejich využívání. Tento nástroj slouží primárně k podpoře spolupráce mezi výzkumnou a podnikatelskou oblastí. Práce si klade za cíl porovnat implementaci a iniciativu vybraných krajů ČR v aplikaci inovačních voucherů. V první kapitole práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se vztahují k dané problematice, jako jsou inovace, inovační systémy, inovační proces, inovační politika a nástroje inovační politiky. V druhé kapitole je podrobněji popsán inovační systém ČR, jeho specifika a Národní rámec RIS3 strategie ČR. Třetí kapitola popisuje praktické využití inovačních voucherů v rámci českých krajů. Práce se blíže zaměřuje na pět vybraných krajů a jejich implementaci inovačních voucherů. Na základě zjištěných informací je vypracovaná komparace vybraných krajů ČR. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is innovation vouchers, which are one of the instruments of innovation policy. The aim of the thesis is to characterize innovation vouchers and explain their use. This instrument is primarily used to promote cooperation between research and business. The thesis aims to compare the implementation and initiative of selected regions of the Czech Republic in the application of innovation vouchers. The first chapter of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to the issue, such as innovation, innovation systems, innovation process, innovation policy and innovation policy instruments. In the second chapter, the innovation system of the Czech Republic, its specifics and the National Framework of the RIS3 Strategy of the Czech Republic are described in more detail. The third chapter describes the practical use of innovation vouchers within the Czech regions. The thesis focuses on five selected regions and their implementation of innovation vouchers. Based on the information found, a comparison of the selected regions of the Czech Republic is made. |
