| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti mladých v Saudské Arábii. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat vývoj nezaměstnanosti mladých v Saudské Arábii za posledních třicet let a identifikovat její příčiny a projevy v saudské ekonomice. Dílčím cílem je zhodnocení přístupu Saudské Arábie k řešení problému. V teoretické části byla využita metoda rešerše odborné literatury a poskytuje teoretický přehled o nezaměstnanosti. Praktická část práce přibližuje specifika Saudské Arábie, pojednává o nezaměstnanosti mladých v této zemi a jejím vývoji, ukazuje příčiny a důsledky tohoto problému. V neposlední řadě práce poskytuje vhled do přístupu Saudské Arábie a komentuje jej. V této části práce jsou použity metody popisu, analýzy dat o nezaměstnanosti a dalších indikátorech, v poslední části práce je pak použita SWOT analýza projektu Saudi Vision 2030. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of youth unemployment in Saudi Arabia. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the evolution of youth unemployment in Saudi Arabia over the past thirty years and to identify its causes and displays in the Saudi economy. The partial objective is to assess Saudi's approach to solving the problem. In the theoretical part, the method of literature search was used and provides a theoretical overview of unemployment. The practical part of the work brings up the specifics of Saudi Arabia, deals with the topic youth unemployment in this country and its development, shows the causes and consequences of this problem. Last but not least, the work provides insight into and commentary on the approach of Saudi Arabia. This part of the thesis uses methods of description, analysis of unemployment data and other indicators, the last part of the thesis uses SWOT analysis of the Saudi Vision 2030 project. |
