| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vliv COVIDU-19 na zaměstnance odvětví cestovního ruchu v Karlovarském kraji. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá zaměstnaností v odvětví cestovního ruchu a následně na vliv pandemie na tento problém. V práci jsou dále popsány formy zaměstnávaní v odvětví a zvýrazněna opatření vlády, která měla na podniky během pandemie vliv. Praktická část je stavěna na základě výzkumných otázek. Otázky byly praktikovány ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se subjekty z dvou rozdílných skupin, které měly mít na problematiku jiný pohled. Bylo vybráno 5 náhodných zaměstnavatelů a 5 náhodných zaměstnanců z odvětví cestovního ruchu v Karlovarském kraji. V závěrečné diskuzi je porovnáno, jak se ve skutečnosti liší data získaná z literatury s informacemi získanými díky rozhovorům se zaměstnanci a zaměstnavateli v odvětví. Zdroje tvrdí, že zatímco počet zaměstnanců v odvětví cestovního ruchu rychle klesl, nyní se opět zvyšuje. Zaměstnavatelé i zaměstnanci v Karlovarském kraji mají na vývoj spíše negativní pohled. Zaměstnavatelé se bojí o své podniky a zaměstnanci nemají důvěru, že by práce v odvětví byla jistá. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of COVID-19 on employees in tourism industry. The study is devided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part demonstrates data and deals with problems of employment during pandemic. It also explains forms of employment in tourism industry in Czech Republic and gives examples of precautions issued by goverment, which affected tourism businesses. The empirical part of this study is focused on Carlsbad region and is built on basis of semi-structured interviews. Interviews were conducted with two groups – employees and employers. Five interviews were conducted in each group and were subsequently summarized. In the final discussion were the results of the empirical study compared with data and informations from theoretical part. On the basis of the discussion, it can be concluded that even though sources suggests that the number of employees in tourism industry dropped considerably due to the pandemic and now it is beginning to increase, the employees and empolyers in Carlsbad region do not have confidence in the industry. |
