| Abstract: | Má práce vznikla za účelem vyjasnění bankovního prostředí, které se dotýká jak kryptoměnových firem, tak soukromých klientů, kteří investují do kryptoměn. Banky v Česku nevedou účty krypoměnovým firmám a některé z nich začaly i znevýhodňovat soukromé klienty, kteří investují do kryptoměn, například blokacemi převodů na směnárny či neprováděním okamžitých plateb. Proto si tato práce kladla za úkol zjistit a poté porovnat pohledy sedmi největších českých bank právě na problematiku znevýhodňování soukromých klientů. Mimo to se práce věnuje i problematice aktuálních a budoucích právních regulací, zvláště evropské regulaci MiCA a českého zákona č. 253/2008 Sb. |

| Abstract: | My work was written to clarify the banking environment that affects both cryptocurrency firms and private clients who invest in cryptocurrencies. Banks in the Czech Republic do not maintain accounts for cryptocurrency companies, and some of them have even started to disadvantage private clients who invest in cryptocurrencies, for example, by blocking transfers to exchanges or not making instant payments. Therefore, this paper set out to identify and then compare the views of the seven largest Czech banks on the issue of disadvantaging private clients. In addition, the thesis also addresses the issue of current and future legal regulations, in particular the European regulation MiCA and the Czech Act No. 253/2008 Sb. |
