| Abstract: | Od roku 2014, po anexi Krymského poloostrova, se Ruská federace stala objektem pro implementaci ekonomických sankcí. Dne 24. února 2022 Rusko zaútočilo na Ukrajinu a reakce celého světa na sebe nenechala dlouho čekat. Od prvního dne agrese se sankce začaly uplatňovat téměř ve všech oblastech, od ekonomiky a průmyslu po kulturu a sport. Herci, umělci, operní pěvci se také stali účastníky sankční bitvy. Sankce jsou v mezinárodních vztazích důležitým nástrojem, pomocí kterého lze ovlivnit chování zemí či jednotlivců. V průběhu času sankce měnily svou podobu, a to tak, že buď byly rušeny, přestaly být aktuální, nebo byly rozšířeny či naopak omezeny v důsledku mezinárodního dění. Konflikt na Ukrajině dosud ukončen nebyl a otázka sankcí uvalených na Ruskou federaci tedy zůstává aktuální. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je uvést časový vývoj a délku trvání sankci v oblasti kultury ze strany nestátních aktérů v kontextu války na Ukrajině. |

| Abstract: | Since 2014, after the annexation of the Crimean Peninsula, the Russian Federation has become an object for the implementation of economic sanctions. On February 24, 2022, Russia attacked Ukraine, and the reaction of the whole world did not take long. From the first day of aggression, sanctions began to be applied in all sectors, from economy and industry to culture and sports. Actors, artists, opera singers also became participants in the sanctions battle. Sanctions are an important tool in international relations, which can be used to influence the behavior of countries or individuals. In the course of time, sanctions changed their form, in such a way that they were either canceled, ceased to be relevant, or were expanded or, conversely, limited as a result of international events. The conflict in Ukraine has not yet ended, and the issue of sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation remains relevant. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to indicate the time development and duration of the sanction in the field of culture by non-state actors in the context of the war in Ukraine. |
