| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na specifika generace Z na trhu práce. V první části práce je provedena analýza současného stavu poznání o přístupu generace Z k práci. Druhá část práce obsahuje popis kvantitativního výzkumu mezi příslušníky generace Z, kde jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory ovlivňující výběr zaměstnavatele a faktory, které jsou pro tuto generaci v práci motivační. V závěrečné části práce jsou prezentována doporučení zaměstnavatelům na území ČR, jak se připravit na vstup této generace na pracovní trh a získat tak konkurenční výhodu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the specifics of Generation Z in the job market. The first part of the thesis provides an analysis of the current state of knowledge about the approach of Generation Z to work. The second part of the thesis contains a description of a quantitative survey conducted among members of Generation Z, where the key factors influencing employer selection and factors that motivate this generation in the workplace are identified. The final part of the thesis presents recommendations for employers in the Czech Republic on how to prepare for the entry of this generation into the job market and gain a competitive advantage. |
