| Abstract: | V poslední době je trh s udržitelnými produkty na vzestupu, stejně jako celé odvětví chytrých telefonů. Rozhodl jsem si vybrat tuto problematiku v rámci bakalářské práce Strategie expanze společnosti Fairphone. Cílem práce bylo určit nejvhodnější způsob expanze pro zvolenou udržitelnou společnost. Použitím VRIO analýzy, strategického mapování, PESTEL analýzy a modelu pěti Porterových sil jsem se dopracoval k závěru, že vybraná společnost by měla použít přímý export jako způsob expanze na americký trh. |

| Abstract: | The market for sustainable products and the entire smartphone industry have been growing recently. That is why I chose this issue for my bachelor thesis, The expansion strategy of Fairphone. The aim was to determine the most appropriate way of expansion for the selected sustainable company. Using VRIO analysis, strategic mapping, PESTEL analysis, and Porter's five forces model, I concluded that the chosen company should use direct export to enter the US market. |
