| Abstract: | The goal of this work is to find the conditions and responsibilities important for start and expansion business in the Czech Republic, especially to get and organize business plan merge including its feasibility. I think about retail with gold and silver jewelry, ground glasses, watches and porcelain. This business activity falls under buying and selling goods and services. To achieve goals of this work I'll seperate it on two parts - theoretical and practical. In first part I'll putt my mind generally on the characteristics of business and business plan. Also I'll write something about choosing of corporate form, options how to finance the business plan, about organisation providing various services to the other firms and also something about gold history and Assay office. In practical part I'll focus on doing concrete business plan. I'll analyze market environment to found new potencial clients, their needs and buying decision, potencial risks, competition, their weaknesses and threats, and try to using it against them. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjistit podmínky a povinnosti nutné pro zahájení a rozvoj podnikatelské činnosti v České republice a zejména pak získat a utřídit veškeré poznatky o sestavení podnikatelského plánu včetně posouzení jeho realizovatelnosti a životaschopnosti. Uvažuji činnost maloobchodu se zlatými a stříbrnými šperky, sklem, hodinkami a porcelánem, spadající do oblasti nákupu a prodeje zboží a služeb. Abych splnil cíle, práci jsem rozdělil na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V první části se budu věnovat obecně charakteristikám podnikání a podnikatelského plánu. Popíši zde také volbu právní formy podnikání, včetně důležitých termínů a souvisejících plateb, možnosti financování podnikatelského záměru, organizace poskytující služby podnikatelům a také něco málo o historii zlata a puncovním úřadu. V praktické části se zaměřím na tvorbu konkrétního podnikatelského plánu. Budu analyzovat tržní prostředí, abych poznal potenciální zákazníky, potřeby a jejich kupní rozhodování, konkurenci, abych znal jejich slabé stránky a hrozby a snažil se využívat jich proti nim, a také potenciální rizika, která by mohla ohrozit mé podnikání. |
