| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis aims to analyze employee benefits in a specific company, gather knowledge on the topic of employee benefits and its role in employee retention. And find out if provided benefits are enough attractive for employee retention. Thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of a definition of the concept of an employee benefit, its significance, goals and how it affects employee retention. In addition, the characteristics of individual types of employee benefits and how it has changed during the global pandemic. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis of data obtained from internal and external questionnaires and evaluates individual benefits in regard to the retention. Recommendations based on the mentioned analysis were made and conclusion of the assessment was done. |

| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat zaměstnanecké benefity v konkrétní společnosti, shromáždit poznatky o tématu zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich roli při udržení zaměstnanců. A zjistit, zda jsou poskytované benefity dostatečně atraktivní pro udržení zaměstnanců. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se skládá z vymezení pojmu zaměstnanecký benefit, jeho významu, cílů a vlivu na udržení zaměstnanců. Dále charakteristiku jednotlivých typů zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jak se změnily v průběhu globální pandemie. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze dat získaných z interních a externích dotazníků a hodnotí jednotlivé benefity s ohledem na retenci. Na základě uvedené analýzy byla vypracována doporučení a závěr hodnocení. |
