| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením manažerského reportingu ve vybrané IT společnosti. Cílem práce je vytvoření optimálního mimořádného reportingového řešení a vizualizace dat pro management IT společnosti, zabývající se vývojem řešení pro výběr mýtného. Práce je rozdělena na více částí. V úvodních částech se věnuje oblastem reportingu a výběru mýtného. Dále se zabývá řízením společnosti působící v této oblasti a na tuto část navazuje analýza firmy a jejího fungování. V neposlední řadě je v práci analyzováno používání nástroje Jira, který společnost hojně využívá a také potřeby a požadavky společnosti v oblasti reportingu. Na tyto části poté navazuje samotná realizace reportů požadovaných společností. Přínosem této práce je vytvoření požadovaných reportů pro společnost. Zároveň práce může posloužit i dalším společnostem působícím v této oblasti, které mohou zjistit důležité trendy a skutečnosti z této oblasti, stejně jako si mohou přizpůsobit vytvořený report. Rovněž může práce pomoci firmám pracujícím s nástrojem Jira, které si mohou vytvořený report přizpůsobit pro sebe a svá data. Práce rovněž poskytuje analýzu oblasti výběru mýtného a společnosti působící v tomto segmentu v jednom uceleném dokumentu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on management reporting in a selected IT company. The aim is to create an optimal reporting solution and data visualization for the management of an IT company developing solutions for toll charging. The thesis is structured into several parts. In the first parts, reporting and toll charging are analyzed. These parts are followed by parts focused on leading the company developing solutions for toll charging, its structure and working. Also, the thesis describes the use of Jira tool and requirements in the area of reporting. In the last part, the requested reports are realized. The benefit of this work is in the creation of required reports. Also, the thesis can help other companies operating in this area, who can find out important trends and information. They can as well adapt the created report. The same can be said about companies using Jira tool. These companies can adapt the created report as well. Last but not least, the thesis analyzes the company developing solutions for toll charging. |
