| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na demografickou analýzu Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Hasičské sbory se podílí na poskytování služeb v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany obyvatelstva a majetku. Zajišťují hašení požárů, odstraňování následků po povodni či jiných krizových situací a vedou další záchranné akce. Hasičský sbor se skládá z profesionálních i dobrovolných jednotek, přičemž nejvíce je ve sboru zastoupeno mužů od 41 let do 45 let. V posledních letech ale sílí trend růstu počtu žen, které se stávají hasičkami. V rámci kariéry u hasičů mají zaměstnanci možnost, v některých případech dokonce i povinnost, účastnit se vzdělávacích kurzů a rozvíjet svoje schopnosti a znalosti. Už jenom z důvodu zdokonalování techniky a přípravě na nové krizové situace, které se v posledních letech objevily. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky z pohledu demografie. Zabývá se základními ukazateli, například věkovou a vzdělanostní sktrukturou, nebo délkou trvání služebního poměru. V druhé řadě byly použity odvozené metriky, jako je průměrný věk či vzdělanostní index. Práce byla zakončena odhadem budoucího vývoje počtu a průměrného věku zaměstnanců hasičských sborů. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis focuses on the demographic analysis of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. Fire brigades participate in the provision of services for the safety and protection of the population and property. They ensure the extinguishing of fires, removal of consequences after a flood or other crisis situations and conduct other rescue operations. The fire department consists of both professional and volunteer units. The largest number of men in the choir are from 41 to 45 years old. However, in recent years the trend of increasing the number of women who become firefighters has been increasing. As part of their career in the fire service, employees have the opportunity, and in some cases even the obligation, to participate in educational courses and develop their skills and knowledge. If only to improve the technique and prepare for new crisis situations that have appeared in recent years. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic from a demographic point of view. It deals with basic indicators, for example, the age groups, educational structure, and the duration of the employment relationship. Derived metrics such as average age or education index were also used. The work was concluded with an estimation of the future development of the number and average age of the firefighters. |
