| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá byznys analýzou vybrané neziskové organizace za účelem navrhnutí vhodných softwarových aplikací pro podporu procesů v organizaci, jejich implementací a provozu. Základem projektu je identifikace a analýza současných procesů neziskové organizace s návrhem implementace aplikací pro jejich zlepšení. Některé aplikace jsou implementovány a následně je popsán stav po implementaci softwaru a nového stylu řízení. Jsou zde popsány specifické oblasti řízení pro spolky, které mohou být použity k rozšíření materiálů portálu MBI (Management Byznys Informatiky). Postup analýzy procesů, návrh aplikací a implementace jde použít pro inspiraci i v jiných organizacích podobného typu. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. Úvodní část seznamuje čtenáře se současným stavem dosavadního poznání v rámci neziskových organizací a používání softwaru. Druhá část je věnována popisu řízení specifických oblastí spolků, která je inspirována rámcem MBI. Vysvětluje základní pojmy typické pro neziskové organizace a definuje nejdůležitější ukazatele výkonnosti využívané pro jejich řízení. Ve třetí části je zaznamenán stav neziskové organizace Palučinská šachová škola před provedením změn a jsou zde popsány klíčové oblasti jejího fungování. Čtvrtá část obsahuje návrh řešení, výběr aplikací k implementaci a jejich následné zavedení do organizace. Poslední část shrnuje výsledky dosavadní organizační změny a implementace aplikací do organizace a popisuje další postup pro úspěšné udržení změny. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí celé práce s doporučeními pro čtenáře a spolky a přináší návrhy na rozšíření pro další práce. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with the business analysis of a selected non-profit organization for the purpose of designing suitable software applications to support processes in the organization, their implementation, and operation. The basis of the project is the identification and analysis of the current processes of the non-profit organization with a proposal for the implementation of applications for their improvement. Some applications are implemented, and subsequently, the state after the implementation of the software and the new management style is described. Specific management areas for associations are described here, which can be used to expand the materials of the MBI (Management Business Informatics) portal. The process analysis, application design, and implementation approach can be used for inspiration in other organizations of a similar type. The work is divided into five parts. The introductory part acquaints the reader with the current state of existing knowledge in the field of non-profit organizations and the use of software. The second part is dedicated to the description of management of specific areas of associations, which is inspired by the MBI framework. It explains the basic concepts typical for non-profit organizations and defines the most important performance indicators used for their management. In the third part, the state of the non-profit organization Palučinská šachová škola is recorded before the changes are made, and the key areas of its functioning are described. The fourth part contains a proposed solution, selection of applications for implementation, and their subsequent introduction into the organization. The final part summarizes the results of the organizational change and application implementation in the organization to date and describes the next steps for successfully maintaining the change. The conclusion contains a summary of the entire work with recommendations for readers and associations and offers suggestions for further work expansion. |
