| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá online nástroji pro projektové řízení s cílem identifikovat klíčová kritéria pro výběr nástroje v malých podnicích. Tato kritéria jsou zohledněna v tematických celcích dotazníku pro strukturované rozhovory, které autorka vede s majiteli, nebo projektovými manažery vybraného vzorku firem. Dotazník obsahuje škálovatelné otázky, díky kterým se pomocí váženého průměru vypočítá váha jednotlivých kritérií a díky tomu se určí jejich významnost. Dotazník dále obsahuje otevřené otázky, které poskytují prostor pro rozvinutí jednotlivých tematických celků a vytvářejí prostor pro diskusi. Nejdůležitějším kritériem pro výběr online nástroje jsou jeho možnosti v řízení úkolů a konkrétně možnost jednotlivých vizuálních zobrazeních. |

| Abstract: | This paper examines online project management tools to identify key criteria for tool selection in small businesses. These criteria are reflected in the thematic units of a questionnaire for structured interviews conducted by the author with owners or project managers of a sample of companies. The questionnaire contains scalable questions, which allow the weight of each criterion to be calculated using a weighted average to determine its importance. The questionnaire also contains open-ended questions that provide scope for elaboration of the different thematic units and create space for discussion. The most important criteria for the selection of an online tool are its capabilities in task management and specifically the possibility of individual visual displays. |
