| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě provedené strategické analýzy podniku stanovit doporučení vlastníkovi, která by mohl využít jako podklad pro strategická rozhodování o dalším směřování společnosti Delius s.r.o. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé metody, které jsou následně v praktické části využity k analýze sledovaného podniku. V práci dojde k nalezení silných a slabých stránek podniku, k identifikaci růstových příležitostí a hrozeb a následně bude provedena SWOT analýza, z jejíž výsledků budou stanovena strategická doporučení. Ke zpracování jednotlivých metod strategické analýzy budou využity veřejně dostupná data a informace získané z konzultací s majitelem společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine recommendations for the owner based on the strategic analysis of the company, which could be used as a basis for strategic decision-making on the future direction of Delius s.r.o. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, where the individual methods are described, which are subsequently used in the practical part to analyse the monitored company. In the thesis, the company's strengths and weaknesses will be found, growth opportunities and threats will be identified and then a SWOT analysis will be performed, from the results of which strategic recommendations will be determined. Publicly available data and information obtained from consultations with the owner of the company will be used to elaborate the different methods of strategic analysis. |
