| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou učitelů před fyzickým násilím a psychickým nátlakem. Cílem je přiblížit čtenářům problematiku nevhodného chování žáků a rodičů vůči učitelům a seznámit je s možnostmi ochrany. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy související s tématem práce, jedná se především o školství, vztahy učitelů s žáky a rodiči, agrese a agresivita včetně jejich možných příčin a jednotlivé možnosti ochrany učitelů od ředitelů škol, legislativní nebo na úrovni veřejné sprá-vy. Praktická část se zaměřuje na kvantitativní výzkum, formou strukturovaného dotazníku, prováděného na 2. stupni základních, středních a středních odborných učilištích v Jindřichově Hradci. Cílem je zjistit četnost výskytu fyzického násilí a psychického nátlaku, způsoby řešení a obrany využité obětmi. Celkovým výstu-pem práce jsou doporučení, která by mohla významným způsobem přispět k větší ochraně pedagogů před útoky žáků, studentů a jejich rodičů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the protection of teachers from physical violence and psychological pressure. The aim is to familiarize readers with the issue of inappropriate behavior of students and parents towards teachers and to introduce them to possible forms of protection. The theoretical part defines concepts related to the thesis topic, mainly education, teacher-student and teacher-parent relationships, aggression, and possible causes of aggression, as well as individual options for teacher protection, from school principals, legislation, to public administration. The practical part focuses on quantitative research in the form of a structured questionnaire conducted at primary, secondary, and vocational schools in Jindřichův Hradec. The aim is to determine the frequency of physical violence and psychological pressure, methods of resolution, and defense used by victims. The overall outcome of the thesis is a set of recommendations that could significantly contribute to better protection of teachers from attacks by students, pupils, and their parents. |
